Merry [day after] Christmas!!
I don’t want this holiday to end. I just can’t help myself!! Lucky for me, we aren’t celebrating Christmas with my family until the first week in January, so excuse me while I force my prolonged holiday spirit on you. As promised, I have the scoop for you on when to buy Hallmark wrapping paper, along with several other favorites.
Hallmark Wrapping Paper: This stuff is legit. It is thick & heavy, it has an awesome grid on the back for those of you who struggle cutting in straight lines, and there are SO many beautiful colors and designs. My favorite part is that it’s just as cheap per square foot as Dollar Tree wrapping paper when you buy it on sale (say, WHAT)!! So, here’s the scoop: directly after Christmas, Hallmark has a “Buy 1, Get 1 for $1” wrapping paper sale. I always buy the large 80 square feet rolls because I can get the most bang for my buck. And because these rolls are so large, they have lasted me years which means I don’t have to buy as often. My advice: get your tush to Hallmark ASAP!!

All Things Christmas: I am one of those people that stockpiles Christmas decor immediately after the holiday. It is, hands down, the best time to buy pretties for next year. Most stores discount all holiday items by 50%, meaning you can find ornaments, mini trees, plaques, garland, etc. on sale!! It is my favorite. (And if you’re crazy like us, you’re already planning your Christmas tree theme for next year which means you can buy accordingly!!)
My favorite places to check for Christmas steals include: Hobby Lobby, Pat Catan’s, Pine Tree Barn (local to Wooster), JoAnn Fabrics, Target & World Market.
So there you have it!! All the praise hands for stores and wallets aligning: they want to get rid of stuff, and we don’t have much money because we spent it all on Christmas.
Enjoy the lingering holiday moments as we near 2018!!
